We’re here to help you kickstart your fitness journey with confidence — and we know that sometimes, the hardest part is just getting started.

Our outdoor training sessions are held at Park House Rugby Club in Bromley, BR2 7AA, six days a week across both mornings and evenings.
We run a variety of training formats depending on your goals and fitness level — and at Bootcamp BR2, we’re all about giving you a welcoming, high-energy experience that gets results.
Sessions currently run:
Monday – 9.30am & 7pm
Tuesday – 7pm
Wednesday – 8.30am, 9.30am & 7pm (at Beccehamians Rugby Club)
Thursday – 7pm
Friday – 8.30am & 9.30am
Saturday – 8am & 9am
Sunday – 8.45am (at Beccehamians Rugby Club)
Prices range from £8–£11 per session depending on the option you choose — and everyone starts on a trial so you can try it out with no pressure. And from there, we’ll guide you on the best next step.

4. We help injured members work through their injuries to get them stronger, so they feel that this is not a barrier to exercise and they still hit their weight loss and fitness goals.
5. We provide more than just sessions and coach on nutrition, mindset and habit formation to help them better their lifestyles and build confidence in everyday life.
6. Our set-up is like a club and doesn’t just stop at sessions, we are support group and very social, we offer a lot of challenges and social events throughout the year which keep members coming for more as they like to achieve results and see their friends!

"Where to begin.. honestly joining this group has been life changing. I have always struggled with weight issues but have been on a dedicated weight loss journey this past year. Joining Bootcamp in January with a dedicated, friendly, supportive team who make each class so enjoyable. Explain and show each exercise in detail so that first of all you are doing it correctly to get full benefits! But also explaining what muscles we are working and for what reason (so constantly learning).
Without this group I probably would have fell back into bad habits as previous has shown. But I’m still here enjoying exercising (which I never thought I would say) . 5 stone down in my weight loss journey and still going! I really look forward to these classes each week!"

With over 20 years experience as a trainer, she is the expert people go to, when they need help with their own health & fitness, nutrition, mindset and wellbeing.
